Since 2002 I have helped thousands of people become successful homeowners and my passion is clear: helping buyers & industry partners navigate the world of finance and build generational wealth for their families.
Whether you’re a buyer, realtor, or loan officer, I hope to be your #1 resource. I love credit policy so I stay up-to-date with changes as they happen and I enjoy creating unique solutions for borrowers who are self-employed or have complicated taxes.
When I’m not at the office, you can find me spending time with my wife and kids.
In the summer, we like to be on the water, wakeboarding and swimming. In the winter, I love to work on a good puzzle while watching the History Channel or football. (Go Niners!) Oh, and I’m passionate about music! Be sure to ask me about my “song of the day.”

My role is to coordinate all aspects of the brand experience including; client gifting, social media, market updates, website and blog posts. Real estate and investing have always been my passion and I love collaborating with Mike to bring you interesting and informative content.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time on the water, working on house projects, or wrangling our kids.

Beth McFadden
My goal is to make the home buying process as smooth as possible! I work with you to collect documentation, answer questions, and help ensure you feel comfortable with the loan process. I coordinate with our processing and underwriting teams to move your loan swiftly and seamlessly through the process; prioritizing your on-time closing.
At home, I have a wonderful husband, amazing son, 3 cats and 1 dog. I love to collect Mid-Century Modern art & furniture. On the weekends, you’ll find me practicing yoga, walking our puppy or cheering my son on from the sidelines.
