This was the second transaction that Mike helped me with, and I would never work with anybody else. Both of my situations were tricky, and he made them look easy. He was always responsive, proactive and went out of his way to make sure that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen at every step. Mike (and his killer assistant) always went above and beyond, had things prepared ahead of schedule and coordinated directly with external parties.
